Joo Seng Wong is the Founder and CEO of Spark Systems, a next-generation trading platform built for ultra-fast, low-latency, and resilient execution. He is also based in Singapore and joined Vickers Venture Partners in 2015.
Previously, he co-founded M-Daq, serving as Non-Executive Chairman and later Executive Chairman, leading the company through a successful Series C funding round at a valuation of US$250 million.
Joo Seng began his career in 1987 at United Overseas Bank and has held senior roles across Republic National Bank of New York (now HSBC), Bank of New Zealand, Tat Lee Bank, and G K Goh, where he founded and led G K Goh Financial Services.
His career reflects deep expertise across global markets, financial infrastructure, and leadership under pressure.
