Deep-sea access, deep-sea exploration, deep-sea development, and deep-sea protection, the competition is open to innovative and entrepreneurial projects globally in the fields of deep-sea equipment, exploration technology, new materials, information technology, and biological resources.

Includes, but is not limited to, deep-sea intelligent equipment manufacturing, deep-sea communication and navigation, comprehensive deep-sea service support, transparent ocean, deep-sea space stations, deep-sea oil and gas development, deep-sea mining, deep-sea treasure troves, deep-sea green energy, marine granaries, marine exploration, deep-sea ecology, blue carbon sinks, deep-sea materials, marine big data, deep-sea compounds, deep-sea natural science research engineering, and the marine economy.

🎓 Who should attend

  • International talent with a deep-sea or marine tech project or idea;

  • Founders (Startup Group: registered < 5 years)

  • Pre-registration teams (Creative Group)

  • Anyone focused on the Blue Economy and cross-border landing

The competition is divided into "Entrepreneurship Group" and "Creative Group." The preliminary and final rounds, along with an awards ceremony, are planned to be held in Sanya, Hainan Province, in September 2026. Winning projects will receive comprehensive support in terms of policy and funding.
