Wine Club Dinner with Holm Oak, Tamar Valley

​This regular monthly Dinner series at The Wild Geese Hotel features a three course meal with matched wines per course from local guest winemakers and the opportunity to order wine at a discounted cost.

​This month we welcome Holm Oak Tamar Valley. A family-owned vineyard in Tasmania’s Tamar Valley, led by dynamic winemaker Rebecca Duffy. Known for crafting expressive, small-batch wines that reflect both innovation and tradition, Holm Oak has become one of the region’s most exciting producers.

Beef Rib croquettes with black garlic aioli

Roasted pumpkin and leek tartlet with whipped goats curd, pumpkin and quince puree,hazelnut and rocket salad (gf)

Assiette of Wimmera Duck Breast, confit Leg and croquette with beetroot fondant, fig,baby spinach and cassis jus

Apple and rhubarb crumble with spiced rum anglaise and vanilla ice cream
