This regular monthly Dinner series at The Wild Geese Hotel features a three course meal with matched wines per course from local guest winemakers and the opportunity to order wine at a discounted cost.
This month we welcome Holm Oak Tamar Valley. A family-owned vineyard in Tasmania’s Tamar Valley, led by dynamic winemaker Rebecca Duffy. Known for crafting expressive, small-batch wines that reflect both innovation and tradition, Holm Oak has become one of the region’s most exciting producers.
