About Jennie
Jennie holds a B.A. in English Literature and Master's degrees in Digital Experience Innovation and in Applied Psychology and Human Development.
With years of industry experience in the UXR field, Jennie began her career as a UX Researcher at IBM, specializing in Cloud, Data & AI.
Jennie currently works as a UX Researcher at Google and teaches courses on UXD and Design Thinking at York University and Brainstation.
As a UX Researcher at Google, Jennie is currently working on Google cloud projects.
