Mindful Walk@USC
It’s time to hit the "pause" button and reconnect. Join us for a Midday Mindful Walk, a space designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and find a moment of peace amidst your busy week.
This isn’t just a stroll—it’s an opportunity to practice mindfulness in motion and build community with others on campus.
