About Event

Three Speakers Announced:

Calvin Dudek, CPTO at OMR Reviews, will share what his team learned on the way to becoming AI-native — beyond simply buying better tools.

“Going AI-Native Costs More Than a License”
Expect concrete lessons on AI-ready codebases, changing workflows, and what happens when the bottleneck is no longer writing code.

Miroslav Dzunic: “The Agentic Factory: How I Shipped an Office Suite Without Writing a Single Line of Code”

Miroslav rebuilt a cloud office suite using AI agents to refine GitHub issues, implement features, review code, run end-to-end tests, and merge to main—often while he sleeps.

Expect a production case study covering the failures, the fixes, and one uncomfortable question: if agents can write, review, test, and ship software, what are engineers for?

Matthias Lau bridges product and engineering and has spoken at code.talks in Hamburg and Future Product Days in Copenhagen.

“The Hidden Economics of Agentic Software Engineering”

The more autonomously agents work, the more tokens they consume, and software factories multiply this by running many tasks in parallel, around the clock, while the value created does not automatically keep up. This talk explains where the costs of agentic software engineering come from and which levers reduce them, including model routing.

Join us on October 13 at Haiilo in Hamburg.

More talks to be announced soon.

We’re still open for talks for Agentic Coding Meetup #8. If you’re building something interesting with coding agents, AI-native workflows, or developer tooling, send us your talk idea!
