A RITO Experience with MELINA SERSER & ELI APEZTEGUIA
What happens when we stop trying to understand and allow the experience to guide us?
The first edition of RITO Experiences brings together the sonic practice of Melina Serser and the visual universe of Eli Apezteguía.
Through an immersive listening journey and an intuitive creative laboratory, we’ll explore the relationship between sound, image and matter. Photography will be our starting point: images to fragment, intervene in, layer and transform, opening up new forms and meanings.
This experience invites us to approach the creative process from a different place. To suspend, for a moment, the need to interpret, decide or produce something specific. To allow intuition, play and unexpected associations to open paths we might not have discovered through a purely rational approach.
Sound will guide this journey, creating the conditions for an immersive, sensory experience in which listening and visual creation can nourish and inform one another.
Moving from image to object, the laboratory will open up the possibility of creating small, personal pieces with a ritual dimension: compositions, fanzines or objects that can engage with light, flowers, candles or our own intimate spaces.
We’re not looking for a predetermined outcome, but opening up a space to experiment, discover and give form to whatever emerges through the process.
An open space for creation, where you can draw inspiration from Eli’s practice or bring your own images to explore and transform. No previous experience is needed, and all materials are included.
Ritual Labb joins this edition with a selection of bites and an infusion, extending the experience into another sensory dimension.

¿Qué sucede cuando dejamos de intentar comprender y permitimos que la experiencia nos guíe?
Esta primera edición de RITO Experiences propone un encuentro entre la práctica sonora de Melina Serser y el universo visual de Eli Apezteguía.
A través de una experiencia de escucha inmersiva y un laboratorio de creación intuitiva, exploraremos la relación entre sonido, imagen y materia. El punto de partida será la fotografía: imágenes que pueden fragmentarse, intervenirse, superponerse y transformarse hasta adquirir nuevas formas y significados.
La propuesta invita a acercarnos al proceso creativo desde otro lugar. A suspender, por un momento, la necesidad de interpretar, decidir o producir algo concreto. A permitir que la intuición, el juego y las asociaciones inesperadas abran caminos que no habríamos encontrado desde una aproximación puramente racional.
El sonido guiará este recorrido, creando las condiciones para una experiencia más inmersiva y sensorial, donde la escucha y la creación visual puedan alimentarse mutuamente.
Desde la imagen hacia el objeto, el laboratorio abrirá la posibilidad de crear pequeñas piezas personales con una dimensión ritual: composiciones, fanzines u objetos que puedan relacionarse con la luz, las flores, las velas o los espacios íntimos de cada persona.
No buscamos un resultado predeterminado, sino abrir un espacio para experimentar, descubrir y dar forma a aquello que emerge durante el proceso.
Un espacio libre para crear, donde podrás dejarte inspirar por la práctica de Eli o traer tus propias imágenes para explorarlas y transformarlas. No es necesaria experiencia artística previa y todos los materiales están incluidos.
Ritual Labb se suma a esta edición con una selección de bites e infusiones, ampliando la experiencia hacia otra dimensión sensorial y compartiendo un momento de pausa y encuentro alrededor de la mesa.
