​The PowerUpTech Welcome Event is the official launch of this year’s PowerUpTech program, designed to help interns build meaningful relationships, grow their professional network, and feel connected to Buffalo’s innovation community from day one.

​Throughout the evening, you’ll hear from local leaders and young professionals about how networking and mentorship helped shape their careers, learn practical strategies for building authentic professional relationships, and get introduced to MentorDeck, the platform connecting interns with mentors across Western New York.

​Whether you’re excited to meet new people or nervous about networking for the first time, this event is built to make those conversations easier, more approachable, and more valuable.
