At Impact Hub Berlin, we believe in the power of ecosystems to drive change. Our industry roundtables are designed to spark dialogue and build coalitions of action across sectors. By connecting startups, established companies, researchers, and institutions, we aim to accelerate the transition to a climate-neutral future—one that is inclusive, just, and driven by diverse perspectives.
This roundtable is part of our broader commitment to a collaborative climate action ecosystem, with more informed actors, stronger partnerships, and better access to opportunities for impact-focused ventures.
🧭 Industry Roundtable
Together with Women in Carbon (WiC), this roundtable focuses on gender equity in the carbon sector and brings together ambitious women from across the sector – to both empower each other and take on macro-level challenges in the industry.
The invitation to this roundtable extends to founders, project developers, agency representatives, and ecosystem allies. Together, we'll explore the personal and professional challenges faced by women in the field. We'll hear from invited speakers, and engage in structured discussions designed to share experience, highlight common obstacles, share fears and hopes for the industry, and co-create tangible next steps for collective action.
