jamaican independence is the perfect excuse to bring everyone together.
we wanted to create the kind of evening that reminds us of home. somewhere all generations can spend time together, catch up with old friends, meet new people and enjoy the culture in a relaxed setting.
expect jamaican food, music, games, creativity and plenty of laughter. whether you’re coming with family, friends or on your own, we’d love to have you.
what to expect
a proper summer evening in the pub garden.
there’ll be jamaican food by velma’s, live music, karaoke, dominoes, ludi, face painting, creative activities, traditional drinks and good music throughout the evening.
come and get involved, or simply pull up a chair, relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

we’ll be making the most of the beautiful back garden, with plenty of space to spread out, mingle and enjoy the evening together.
