The Delta Office Hours
Each month, we bring pre-seed and seed-stage founders together at The Delta Campus for a day designed to help you move faster on the things that matter most.
At the heart of Office Hours is access to seasoned operators, investors, and domain experts across fundraising, product, growth, brand, hiring, and more.
You’ll have the opportunity to book multiple 1:1 sessions throughout the day, diving deep into your current challenges and getting sharp, personalised input.
Please note: You’ll need to arrive by 9:00 am for the icebreaker, if you miss it, your session will be cancelled. To secure time with specific mentors, make sure to book your 1:1 sessions in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate everyone, but unbooked sessions aren’t guaranteed and slots fill up fast.
Who will be your mentors:
Product, GTM & Venture Building Mentor:
Nico is an entrepreneur and product leader who has founded and scaled multiple tech ventures, including Ridr Technologies and BX Ventures. Currently Head of Product at FAAREN, he leads product strategy and execution for a mobility tech platform. He supports founders in achieving product market fit, building cross functional teams, and turning early stage ideas into scalable digital business models, drawing on deep experience across ideation, growth, and venture execution. He also brings deep expertise in e-commerce, gained through his time as Co Founder at Swissbases Frida Verde and through his ongoing role as CTO and Investor at MAANA STUDIOS AG in Zürich.
Ecosystem & Partnerships Mentor:
Anne Le Rolland is Startups Program Manager at Berlin Partner for Business and Technology. Her current focus is on empowering Berlin-based startups to grow and scale successfully. She develops programs and builds networks that help local founders strengthen their market position, access resources, and connect with the right partners. Anne is also actively involved in the Berlin Startup Unit’s Diversity Working Group, promoting inclusive growth and collaboration within the ecosystem.
Go-to-Market & Commercialisation Mentor:
Angeley is a seasoned GTM executive who has scaled 7X companies including one unicorn and one IPO. She has led global growth strategies for Amazon, Intuit, GoDaddy, and multiple high-growth startups holding multiple executive roles as Chief Growth Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer. She has also led multiple funding rounds including a Series A and Series B. She advises founders on building revenue engines, brand positioning, and AI-driven marketing. She also helps Founders and CEOs establish Product-MarketFit ( PMF) as well as build scalable growth engines and GTM stacks .Named by Crunchbase as one of the most influential women in sales, she brings sharp insight and real-world depth to commercial scale.
Innovation & Technology Leadership Mentor:
Heiko is a seasoned technology executive whose career spans major leadership roles including Group CTO at Commerzbank, Group CIO at SIGNAL IDUNA Group and SVP of Digital Design & Development at T‑Systems. He has led teams of more than 3,000 professionals with a responsibility for an €800 M P&L, and has been an early mover in implementing Gen AI solutions in highly regulated industries. With access to an expansive C‑suite network of 1,500+ executives, Heiko brings deep operational insight, strategic vision and connectivity helping founders navigate technology transformation, regulatory complexity and growth at scale.
Product Mentor:
Chiedza is a senior product leader and advisor with over 17 years of experience working across startups, scale-ups, and established organisations in both for-profit and non-profit environments. She has built and scaled product teams, strengthened product capability, and supported organisations across financial services, insurance tech, and public health in the UK; Germany and Zimbabwe. She is known for helping teams build products that people genuinely love while also achieving clear organisational and commercial goals, translating complex strategy into focussed, meaningful execution.
