A live panel exploring how gaming, beauty, and digital culture are changing the way we shop, share, and spend. Join us in London for an evening of tacos, conversation, and cultural forecasting as we explore My Gamified Life, a look at how the mechanics of play are influencing everything from fashion and beauty to wellness, media, and marketing.

As digital and physical worlds blur, consumers are chasing points, badges, and progress bars in every corner of life. What started in gaming is now shaping how people shop, socialize, and self-optimize.

We’ll break down how gamification is driving new forms of engagement, loyalty, and creative storytelling. The evening features a trend presentation and discussion with industry leaders exploring what this shift means for brands, creators, and the future of experience design. Expect tangible insights, real-world examples, and, of course, tacos.

We’re excited to be hosted by Soho Works Shoreditch in East London. Located in the historic Tea Building, this bright, modern space is the perfect setting to kick of our European debut.

Transportation: The overground service stops at Shoreditch High Street station, right across the road from Tea. You can also pick up the Northern Line at nearby Old Street, a ten minute walk away.

Ellen Lyse Einarsen

Ellen Lyse Einarsen has worked in the games industry for nearly 20 years. She is the founder and CEO of Radiant Swans AS, where she is leading development on an unannounced game. Her experience spans C-level management, product and project development, experience design, creative writing, game design, and voice direction, all grounded in the belief that great teams thrive when everyone feels seen, supported, and challenged.

Beginning her career as a screenwriter, Ellen brings a storyteller’s focus to every project. She has contributed to titles including Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures, The Secret World, Suburbia, and Angry Birds Epic, and has held key roles at Hyper Games, Expology, and The Future Group AS.

Amy Kapolnek

Drawing on nearly two decades of experience, Amy partners with emerging and indie consumer brands to develop, launch and scale their businesses from $0–$50M. She combines brand and performance marketing with 360° business strategy to strengthening business models and craft innovative, results-driven strategies that attract customers, expand market reach and drive revenue growth. Amy is constantly rewriting the playbook for how brands grow and compete by pioneering new approaches to brand awareness, market positioning and retail distribution all while prepping them to be investor ready. 

In addition to her work with indie brands, Amy has also been instrumental in shaping both heritage and new-to-market brands, particularly within Fortune 500 venture divisions, developing acquired brands and incubating new ones from the ground up. Her corporate portfolio includes launching Gucci Beauty and Burberry Perfumes (Coty); rebranding Olay, developing new product categories for Pantene and launching five new brands within P&G Ventures (Procter & Gamble); creating Our Tone Band-Aid (Johnson & Johnson); and developing new products and expanding market reach for Bailey's Irish Cream and Don Julio (Diageo).
