​Akash Ranka is the Head of Sales at Forter, where he leads enterprise growth and GTM strategy across Southeast Asia, India, and ANZ, working with enterprise customers including ShopBack, Harvey Norman, Coda, McDonald's, Priceline, Trip.com and Razer. Prior to Forter, he was the former Director, Enterprise Sales & GTM Strategy at Airwallex and helped scale Airwallex as the 13th employee in the region.

​Ziyan Chong is the Head of GTM & Sales for Airwallex's Southeast Asia New Markets, where he leads market expansion and P&L across India, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, and other high-growth markets. Previously, he held leadership roles at Stripe and Grab, driving product strategy, revenue operations, and go-to-market initiatives that helped scale some of the region's most influential technology companies
