Workshop: Untangle Your Thinking
Build Clear Mental Models for Your Most Important Goals
A 3-hour guided clarity sprint for anyone tired of feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or confused about what to do next.
Modern life floods you with information and demands decisions faster than your mind can process. Without a clear thinking system, you end up reacting instead of reasoning. Stuck, uncertain, and second-guessing your next steps.
This workshop is designed to fix that.
What You’ll Walk Away With
In one afternoon, you’ll build a custom mental model around something that matters to you: a goal, a problem, or a decision you need to make.
You’ll leave with:
Your own structured model that makes your situation clearer and more actionable
A repeatable thinking process you can use for any future problem
Live guidance from two hosts (we’ll be moving around guiding you, answering questions, etc)
Targeted feedback from peers and hosts to uncover blind spots and places for improvement
The full slide deck + method so you can start applying the process again on your own
No abstract theory. No passive consumption. This is hands-on, structured thinking with support.
How the Session Works
1. Fast foundations (30–45 min)
You’ll get the scaffolding necessary to understand what mental models are, why they matter, and how to use them to your advantage.
2. Guided clarity sprint (main block)
You’ll build your first mental model step by step. We’ll be right there to guide you, answer questions, and help you sharpen it as you go.
3. Feedback + refinement
We all share our models and give insights to each other, helping uncover blind spots the modeler might have missed and opportunities for improvement.
Why This Works
Over years of research and problem-solving as a PhD researcher and ML engineer, I found that clear thinking is never a talent. It’s a skill. A system. And it doesn’t come for free with intelligence or experience.
And when you build that system explicitly, your decisions become faster, cleaner, and more confident.
This workshop gives you that system—without the trial and error.
Small Group. High Touch. Only 10 Spots.
We’re capping the workshop at 10 participants so we can give everyone individual support, feedback, and room for deeper discussion.
First-come, first-served.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, overloaded with information, or unsure how to move forward on something important, this session will give you the clarity and structure you’ve been missing.
Note: Bring something to write and sketch with. Ideally a laptop and a notebook.
