Navigating Male-Dominated Environments: Roundtable

Navigating Male-Dominated Environments in partnership with wednesday.

A curated, high-trust roundtable for women navigating male-dominated environments in startups, tech, and the wider ecosystem.

This is not a panel. It is a real conversation. Expect honesty, nuance, and practical takeaways you can actually use.

In the room:

Anna Brchisky, Founder and CEO of Bamla. Before Bamla, she led communications and PR at Slush and the Finnish Venture Capital Association.

Riikka Rajaviita, Founder of Human Runway, finance professional turned startup operator, and a firm believer that great companies are built by great people.

One more speaker will be announced soon.

What you'll get out of it

• A candid conversation about building, visibility, and credibility in rooms that are still mostly male

• Practical takeaways from people who have built companies and shaped how startups are seen

• A small room of ambitious, career-oriented women
