Starting her career in core operations at Amazon, she fell in love with data, chose to bet on herself, and made a bold career pivot into tech. Coming from a non-traditional background herself, Kalkidan is incredibly passionate about making data accessible to everyone and regularly creates content and resources to inspire and guide the next generation of data professionals.
