A Morning with Dr. Helen Cummins of ABC Mallorca
Join us for a special Mother Euro gathering in Mallorca as we come together for a thoughtful morning of connection, conversation, and community.
This intimate event will bring together women living on the island for a relaxed and meaningful start to the day. Hosted alongside Dr. Helen Cummins, founder of ABC Mallorca, the morning will offer space to meet, connect, and explore the many layers of life, motherhood, and creativity on the island.
We’ll begin with a gentle guided experience led by Dr. Suset Laboy who will introduce us to tapping, a simple practice designed to help regulate the nervous system and bring the body back into balance. This short session will allow us to slow down, settle into the space, and arrive together with intention.
From there, the gathering will naturally flow into conversation and connection with women across the Mother Euro community and Mallorca’s entrepreneurial scene.

About Dr. Suset Laboy Perez
Dr. Suset Laboy Perez is a Certified Master Life Coach, hypnotist, embodiment guide, and founding member of Mother Euro. With a Ph.D. and Ivy League education, she supports ambitious women in reconnecting with themselves and moving from constant doing into a more grounded way of being. Her work blends somatic awareness, mindset coaching, and nervous system regulation practices to help women slow down, reconnect with their intuition, and live with greater presence, clarity, and ease. Through workshops, coaching, and group experiences, Suset creates warm, supportive spaces where women can release pressure, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with intention.
