​Come meet fellow game developers at Microsoft's Vancouver office!

A majority of the time will be reserved for mingling and trying out each other's games. The schedule usually goes as follows:
6:00pm - 7:15pm: Mingling
7:15pm - 7:45pm: Guest speakers
7:45pm - 9:00pm: Mingling continues

​​From the Vancouver City Centre Station staircase exit, turn left twice and you'll see the building entrance with a huge '725' at the top. Image of the entrance seen here: https://i.postimg.cc/hvnVmtBt/image.png

​​Before 6PM, you'll be able to go through the entrance and wait at the lobby. Event Organizers will be granting access to the elevators.

​​Past 6PM. you will need an Event Organizer to enter the lobby. If you can't see them right away, send a message in the #monthlymeetup channel on Discord and someone will pick you up. At 7:15 onward, there may not be anyone to let you in, and you will need to send a message in the discord server and wait for someone to come down.

To help us with processing people at the check-in desk, please RSVP at least 24hrs prior to the event if possible.

​​Exhibiting

​​​​Feel free to bring your laptop/console if you want to showcase your work. We'll have some tables/desks in the room to set up on. You do not need to ask permission, just bring your games! At this location, you will need to bring your own power strip / extension cable, as well.
