Introspective Art Session
A different kind of art class...
The Introspective Art Session is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and express what’s within through painting, drawing, or collage. No art experience needed.
We begin with a short guided mindfulness practice (meditation & sound bath) to help you arrive, settle, and reconnect with the present moment. A unique reflective theme is then introduced as a gentle prompt, an invitation, not an assignment, to inspire your creative process.
From there, you have around 2 hours to explore the theme freely, letting colors, shapes, and textures express what words sometimes cannot.
We close by sharing our creations, turning a personal journey of expression into an opportunity for genuine connection.
A mindful creative experience shared with a community, where you can leave feeling lighter, more connected, and with something uniquely your own.
All materials + a coffee or tea included.
Delicious snacks & sweets available.
About the host
Yasmine is a wellness and art facilitator. For the past four years, she's been creating and hosting art sessions in Lisbon and across Asia. She thrives on connecting with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
Making art is fulfilling, but it can also be isolating. What makes Yasmine feel truly alive is being part of a creative community where people share interests and hold space for one another. That’s why she designs mindful, creative experiences meant to stay with you long after the session ends.
No experience needed, just come as you are.
