This time we're tackling two questions every developer is quietly asking themselves: What does my job even look like anymore? And am I actually communicating clearly - with my team, my manager, and the AI agents I work with every day?
Our first panel asks the question nobody has a clean answer to yet: what is "The New Job Description" for a developer? From writing code to orchestrating events, from managing a feature end-to-end to literally becoming the CFO of your own AI resource budget - we'll unpack how daily rituals, team structure, and even the line between developers and PMs are all shifting under our feet.

Iko Azoulay, EVP Technology at Salt Security
About the speaker: A tech entrepreneur and senior technology executive based in Israel, with a strong focus on cybersecurity. He founded empow (a next-gen SIEM company, acquired) and led it as CTO for nearly 6 years, served as CTO at Opora (a Cyber Risk Quantification startup, also acquired). His career spans deep technical leadership — from R&D director at Radware to Chief Architect at Huawei — with expertise in Cloud, Cyber, and Networking.
Then, a mid-event twist that has nothing to do with AI and everything to do with ego: "Um, Actually" 🎤 - a fast-paced, interactive live gameshow where our panelists compete by correcting confidently wrong statements about tech, culture, and everyday "things we think we know." It's not trivia - the goal is spotting what's wrong, why it's wrong, and how small assumptions quietly lead us astray. Expect laughter, heated arguments over definitions, and the deeply satisfying moment when someone finally gets to say: "Um, actually…"
Hosted by Dean Langsam (Data Scientist @ SentinelOne, organizer of PyData Tel Aviv) and Tal Mizrahi, aka "Analysis Paralysis" (data scientist & educator who teaches with laughter, dad jokes, and a very forgiving attitude toward being wrong) - the two people most qualified in the country to publicly correct you, and most likely to make you laugh while doing it.
Our second panel dives into Extreme Clarity - why AI agents forcing us to write precise, unambiguous instructions is teaching us something we should've known all along about talking to humans too. We'll talk about sycophancy (why models always agree with you, and why that's dangerous), where the line is between giving detailed guidance and killing your team's creativity, and why prompting is quickly becoming an actual interview skill.
