Sip on the new Dreams blend from Alcove
To celebrate the arrival of spring, we’re revealing our first official Alcove coffee release — simply called "Dreams" made from a delightful blend of fruity Colombian varietals that remind us of chocolate covered strawberries.
As you arrive, you'll get to sip it black & chilled or try it as a cold brew spritzer with a splash of blood orange to wake up your palate.
Savor a tasty pastry flight from Petit Dough
As you settle in, you'll be treated to a trio of original pastries that we created with Sharon from Petit Dough. Each bite will take you on a flavor ride that will put an instant smile on your face.
Mango Yuzu Custard Tart — Silky vanilla custard layered with fragrant yuzu marmalade, topped with juicy fresh mango and a touch of lime zest.
Black Sesame Craquelin Choux — Crisp, crackly choux shell filled with smooth & nutty black sesame cream.
Miso Glazed Date Cake — Caramel rich date cake with tangy cream cheese with a sweet-savory miso glaze.

Enjoy a slow tasting at the brew bar with guest roaster Preface Coffee
Jeremy from Preface Coffee collaborated with us to curate & roast our Dreams blend so it only felt right to invite him to join us and share two of his most prized Preface releases so far this year.
Both coffees Jeremy will serve on bar are part of the Anthology of New Futures box that feature the work of two emerging young producers from Colombia who are making an impact with their care for growing and processing nuanced coffees.

At the tasting counter, you'll get to practice writing your own tasting notes in a creative flow and chat with Jeremy about the life of being a small batch roaster in NYC.
Make a card in the stationary lounge
Settle in at the stationary lounge to make your own custom postcard to send to friends you've been meaning to say hello to. You'll also take home a limited edition postcard of the "Spring Dreams" illustration that Paula Lapinta created for Alcove.
