​It's Memorial Day, the sun's out and the vibes are strong. Come hang with the Accelr8 crew at the newly opened Epik Startup Residency on Polk Street.

​We're throwing a block party — Secret Bar, party lobby, and street stations spilling onto the sidewalk.

​Think cornhole, pong, caricature artists, face painting and patriotic tattoo stations. Son & Garden's grill will be running all afternoon.

​Expect platters of grilled meat, an underground cocktail menu, party games, and a good crowd.

​If you are interested in staying at the residency starting June 1, tours are available by appointment.
