Walk Your Way: Step Up for Clean Air supported by Bupa
Discover how movement, mindful breathing and a deeper connection with our urban environment can support both physical and mental well-being!
Co-organised by Clean Air Network (CAN) and The DO, supported by Bupa Hong Kong, this special community walk combines movement, mindfulness and environmental awareness in the heart of the city.
Join us for a guided urban walk, unwind with a calming breathwork session led by The DO Asia, and gain fresh insights into Hong Kong's air quality through an engaging sharing session by Clean Air Network.
This is a chance to get your steps in, reconnect with yourself and others, and discover how small everyday actions can contribute to healthier people and a healthier city.
This session will be conducted in English, supplemented by Cantonese.
This walk is part of the Bupa Healthy Cities initiative – a global movement under Bupa’s commitment to creating a “Better World”. In Hong Kong, the initiative focuses on designing urban environments that prioritize health and well-being for all. By encouraging active movement, enhancing access to nature, and integrating healthcare services, Bupa Healthy Cities fosters healthier lifestyles. With strong community involvement and a focus on sustainability, it aims not only to improve individual health but also to contribute to a healthier planet.
