🔵 Nino Medina — Growth Marketing, Anthropic. He runs paid acquisition for Claude Code across multiple channels.
He's going to walk through a mental model most marketing teams haven't seen: four levels of AI leverage, and why most teams are stuck at the wrong two.
Then he'll show how he runs Claude Code and Cowork internally — their actual setup, how they operate, and where he sees the next unlock.
🟠 Hassan El Mghari — Developer Relations, Together AI. He'll show how they turned internal performance dashboards into a chat interface anyone can query in plain English, built a Slack docs agent that submits PRs automatically via Mintlify, and created a multi-agent orchestrator for quick code changes. Plus the automations keeping their docs and pricing page accurate without anyone touching them manually.
🟠 Aishwarya Srinivasan & Arvind Narayanamurthy — They will demo hyper-personalized outbound at scale built with Claude, MCP, and Mailchimp — live on screen. About the hosts
Rajan Sheth is a developer turned marketer. He was CMO at Together AI, Cohere, and Cline, and previously ran growth at Heroku, helping them scale from $0 to $500M+. He has built GTM engines and category leadership across AI infrastructure, foundation models, and developer platforms, and now partners with a select group of AI-first founders as a strategic advisor and fractional CMO.
Waqas Mukhdam is a developer-turned-marketer focused on winning over builders (CTOs, VPs, architects, developers). He led dev marketing, DevRel, and community programs at Nebius, Snowflake (helped grow from ~$96M to ~$2.8B), OpenAI, Dropbox, and AWS building global communities and accelerating growth in AI infra, developer platforms, and LLMs.
