About Event

The best service businesses in the world have always competed on how they make people feel. AI is changing what that's possible to deliver, and what it costs to fall short.

This event is for operators, founders, and investors who believe hospitality is a competitive advantage, not a department. We'll get into how AI is reshaping the front-line member experience in fitness, wellness, and service businesses, like what's actually working in production, where the gaps still are, and what the best operators are doing differently.

The evening includes a fireside chat with Luke Doran, President and COO of Sweat and Tonic, on what it really takes to deliver a consistent, high-touch experience at scale, and where AI fits into that picture. Followed by refreshments and conversation with a curated room of people building and running hospitality-driven businesses.

Toronto Tech Week is a citywide celebration of the people building what’s next. From May 25–29, 2026, founders, investors, and builders come together for hundreds of community-led events across Toronto, connecting tens of thousands of people around Canadian tech. Torontotechweek.com.
