​This session is designed to be discussion-led and low-pressure — a chance to exchange notes with peers on how teams are actually deploying models in production.

​We’ll loosely anchor the conversation around:

• ​what’s working (and what’s breaking) in real-world deployments

• ​trade-offs teams are making across cost, latency, and model choice

• ​how teams are evolving their stacks as they move from prototype to production
