​Agent Infra — Panel & Network Night

​An evening of technology demos and practical conversation about building agents you can depend on.

​Join monolayer, our core presenting partner, alongside TrueFoundry, Nevermined, and ClawMax for a look at the infrastructure behind AI agents: how they find the right information, use tools, run code, and carry work through to completion.

​Organized by HackerSquad in collaboration with WeAreDevelopers.

​We'll start with technology demos, followed by a panel exploring the engineering decisions behind working agent systems. Expect concrete examples, different perspectives, and discussion of what succeeds, what fails, and how teams decide what to trust.

​What we'll explore

• ​From code to a running system: agent harnesses, deployment, background work, and recovering when execution goes wrong.

• ​Context, retrieval, and memory: getting agents the information they need and keeping it useful as data changes.

• ​Safety and evaluation: setting permissions, measuring results, and deciding when a person should stay involved.

• ​Models, tools, and ownership: the tradeoffs between coding-agent approaches, local AI, and managed or self-hosted infrastructure.

• ​Useful autonomy: where agents and agent teams add value, and where a simpler workflow makes more sense.
