💭Talk Abstracts:
ElasticSeer: AI Search and SRE - Sathvik Vempati, Founder/Developer
ElasticSeer is an autonomous digital mechanic(SRE) for complex cloud systems that doesn't just watch for problems, but actually fixes them. Essentially it combines the low-latency, fast search capabilities of Elasticsearch with the advanced reasoning of Gemini AI(2.5 Flash). The platform monitors a company's data (codebase, and the variety of issues) 24/7 to identify and notify teams about technical glitches the moment they happen.
Hybrid Retrieval Patterns for AI Agents - Dan Goosewin (Mastra)
AI agents need memory and retrieval smarter than vanilla vector search. This talk walks through hybrid retrieval patterns combining semantic (vector) and lexical (BM25) search using Mastra and Elasticsearch. We'll cover when each approach wins, how to fuse them at query time, and the production tradeoffs we've seen across real agent deployments.
Elastic 2026: The Next Era of Search and Observability - Pramod Saripalli, Principal Customer Architect, Elastic
Elastic’s 2026 release delivers a powerful wave of innovation across Search, Observability and Elastic monitoring. This update introduces key advancements including Jina Multimodels, Dashboard as Code , and Agent Skills. The Observability platform now features native Prometheus & PromQL support alongside AutoOps for intelligent monitoring and maintenance.
