Vibecoding 101: Design Your First AI System (No Code, Lego Style)
AI is not magic. It’s Lego.
You have a table full of powerful pieces – ChatGPT, tools, automations, agents – but if you don’t know what you’re building, you just end up… clicking around.
This 2-hour live vibecoding workshop is for non-technical founders and career-switchers who want to think like AI builders without writing code.
Using a simple Lego metaphor, we’ll break AI down into clear building blocks and help you design one real, useful AI workflow for your own startup or career.
You’ll leave with:
A clear use-case (no more “I don’t know what to build”)
A visual blueprint of your AI flow
A working first version built live during the session
A clear “this is what AI does for our startup” sentence you can use in investor calls and decks
No prior technical background needed. If you can play with Lego, you can do this.
What we’ll cover
AI as Lego pieces
Inputs, brains, and actions: the three basic “bricks” of any AI system
Why prompts are just one brick, not the whole castle
Designing your set
How to pick ONE high-leverage use-case for your startup or next role
Turning a vague idea (“I want an assistant”) into a clear flow (“it does A → B → C”)
Building live (vibecoding session)
Step-by-step: define input, instructions, and output
You’ll build your own mini-system using guided templates
Live examples: investor research assistant, lead qualification helper, content repurposer, etc.
Next steps
How to improve your build over time
How to talk about what you’ve built in a way that sounds real, not buzzwordy
This workshop is for you if…
You’re a non-technical founder and you want to use AI seriously, not just for random prompts
You’re in a career transition and want to show you can think in systems, not just “I used ChatGPT a bit”
You’re tired of AI convos and want a simple way to actually build with it
Not for you if you want deep coding, math, or model architecture. This is about thinking and building at the product / workflow level.
