Build Your First Application with AI #3
AI is not magic. It’s Lego.
The people who really understand the world’s problems usually aren’t the ones who know how to code.
Founders, operators, doctors, educators, creators… they see exactly what’s broken, but lose months waiting for a “technical person” just to build the first version.
I want to change that.
This 90-min live VibeCoding 101 session is for non-technical founders and career-switchers who want to think like AI builders and ship a first prototype without writing code.
Using a simple Lego metaphor, we break AI into clear building blocks and design one real, useful AI workflow for your own project – live, together.
You’ll leave with:
One clear use-case for your startup / career (no more “I don’t know what to build”)
A visual blueprint of your AI system
A working first version built during the session
A simple “This is what AI does for my product / workflow” sentence you can reuse in investor calls, interviews, and decks
What we’ll do in the workshop:
Compare the main no-code AI tools and pick what fits your idea (Replit, Lovable, Emergent)
Use a Lego-style framework: inputs → brain → actions
Build a workflow using tools like Zapier/Make/n8n so your system actually does something for you
Show how a simple voice agent works (e.g. with ElevenLabs)
Explain APIs in normal language, so you finally understand what’s happening under the hood
No prior technical background needed.
If you can play with Lego and describe a problem, you can do this.
This workshop is for you if…
You’re a non-technical founder who wants to use AI seriously, not just for random prompts
You’re in a career transition and want to show you can design systems, not just “used ChatGPT a bit”
You’re a domain expert (in any field) and want to build a first prototype yourself instead of waiting for a technical partner
You’re tired of vague AI talk and want a simple, guided way to actually build with it
Not for you if you’re looking for deep coding, math, or model architecture.
We stay at the product / workflow level and focus on things you can use immediately.
Format
Length: 1.5 hour
Style: Highly interactive, workshop-style, cameras-on
You’ll get:
A PDF of the Lego “blueprint” template
A simple summary of the system you built (so you can revisit and improve it)
A short list of next steps and prompts to keep experimenting
