Build Your First Application with AI #6
AI Is Not Magic. It’s Lego.
Most people who deeply understand real-world problems are not engineers.
They’re founders, operators, doctors, educators, creators, and domain experts who can clearly see what’s broken, but often get stuck waiting for a technical person to build the first version.
This workshop is designed to change that.
VibeCoding 101 is a live, 90-minute interactive session for non-technical founders, career-switchers, and domain experts who want to think like AI builders and create a first prototype without writing code.
Using a simple Lego-style framework, we’ll break AI into clear building blocks and design one real, useful AI workflow for your own idea, live, together.
By the end of the session, you’ll leave with:
One clear AI use case for your startup, project, or career
A visual blueprint of how your AI system works
A working first prototype built during the session
A simple sentence that explains what AI does in your product or workflow, which you can reuse in investor calls, interviews, or pitch decks
What we’ll cover
In this workshop, we’ll:
Compare the main no-code AI tools and help you choose what fits your idea best, including tools like Replit, Lovable, and Emergent
Use a simple framework: inputs → brain → actions
Build a practical workflow using tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n so your system actually does something useful
Show how a simple voice agent works with tools like ElevenLabs
Explain APIs in normal language so you finally understand what’s happening under the hood
No technical background is needed.
If you can describe a problem and think through building blocks, you can do this.
This workshop is for you if…
You’re a non-technical founder who wants to use AI seriously, not just play with prompts
You’re in a career transition and want to show that you can design systems, not just “use ChatGPT”
You’re a domain expert who wants to build a first prototype without waiting for a technical cofounder
You’re tired of vague AI talk and want a simple, guided way to actually build something real
This workshop is not for you if…
You’re looking for deep coding, math, or model architecture
You want a highly technical session for experienced engineers
This is a product and workflow-level workshop focused on tools and systems you can use immediately.
Format
Length: 90 minutes
Style: live, interactive, workshop-style
Setup: cameras on, participatory, hands-on
You’ll also get
A PDF of the Lego-style AI blueprint template
A simple summary of the system you built
A short list of next steps and prompts to keep experimenting after the session
