2 Hours Workshop: Building an Agentic GTM Engine
This is a working session for B2B technology CMOs and VPs of Marketing who want a clear view of what agentic GTM can and cannot do.
Over the past year, I built an agentic GTM engine at Metadata. AI agents run outbound email, LinkedIn outreach, paid advertising, ABM landing pages and corporate gifting from end to end. I built it to find out where automation genuinely improves the motion, where human judgement still matters, and where the system simply fails.
What we will cover
How outbound email and LinkedIn agents research accounts, write messages, sequence activity and hand work back to people.
How paid advertising agents create, launch and adjust campaigns, including the controls I would not automate.
How we generate ABM landing pages and connect them to account, campaign and intent data.
How corporate gifting fits into the same motion, from trigger to fulfilment and follow-up.
How the orchestration layer joins the channels, including the specific APIs and language models, the numbers we track, what worked and what did not.
You will leave with a practical map of the stack, the operating model and the decisions required to build this yourself.
This is not a product demo. I will show the failures as plainly as the useful parts.
Two hours, live, and I will stay on afterwards for questions.
