Stavanger - Agentics Foundation Meetup

​Agentics Foundation Stavanger chapter launch.

​We are bringing together researchers and industry practitioners to discuss agentic AI concepts, frontiers, and applications. The programme includes an academic overview, an industry demo from Aker BP, insights from the foundation, and a hands-on session where participants will build a small agent-based project using platforms like Anthropic / Claude, Mistral, OpenAI, and Grok.

​Targeted at those interested in properly integrating agentic AI tools, from general understanding to technical implementation. Capacity is limited.

​Audience: People interested in learning how to integrate and use agentic AI tools correctly (general + technical).

​Registration: free (0 NOK). Pizza and cola served.

• ​18:10–18:25: Agentic AI Map and Frontier (Antorweep Chakravorty, Professor, UiS)

• ​18:25–18:50: Industry Demo - Agentic AI for Exploration and Production of Oil & Gas (Lukas Mosser, Discipline Lead – AI, Aker BP)

• ​18:50–19:00: Break + laptop setup

• ​19:00–19:20: Foundation: the movement and chapter roadmap (speaker(s) TBA)

• ​19:20–20:00: Building a small agent-based project / vibe coding for enhancing daily workflows (Matthias Schedel, Casper Cappelen, Jayachander Surbiryala – UiS)
