About the Workshop

we’ll dig into the documents founders sign, the clauses they skim over, the protections they skip, and the moments they don’t take seriously until it’s too late. From founder agreements and IP ownership to investor terms, contracts, and red flags, this session will break down the legal basics that can save you serious pain later.
