Welcome to the AI House Product Roast, where we trade pitch decks for punchlines and demos for destruction.
This isn't a demo day. This isn't a pitch competition. This is an evening of unfiltered, good-faith feedback on real GenAI products delivered by expert roasters in front of a live audience.
Ten founders will each take the hot seat, demo their product for 2 minutes, and survive a rapid-fire roast from our panel of product leads, designers, and fellow founders. Then they clap back, defend, admit, or counter-roast.
No waitlists. No Figma files. No pitch decks. Just live products and live burns.
No AI was harmed. Just embarrassed. Temporarily.
The Format (Speed Roast Edition)
With 10 founders on the roster, we run a tight, high-energy format:
2 min – Founder Demo: One live product flow. No slides. Strict timer.
3 min – The Roast: Roasters burn the product (not the person). Specific, actionable, brutal.
1 min – The Clapback: Founder responds — defend, admit, or counter-roast.
1 min – Reset: Transition, audience reaction, next founder up.
That's 7 minutes per founder. 10 founders. One high-octane evening.

We select 10 founders for this event. Applications are reviewed by the AI House committee for roastability, stack diversity, and founder resilience. Not everyone gets the hot seat and that's the point.

Audience members submit roasts live via Slido. The host surfaces the best burns between rounds.
Rules of the Roast
Punch the product, not the person. No funding burns. No personal attacks.
The Safe Word is PIVOT. Founders can use it once. Roaster must immediately say one thing they genuinely like.
Founders don't interrupt roasters. Your turn is the Clapback.
Host is God. The host can kill any roast, any time.
One fix, no excuses. Every founder leaves with a concrete commitment for Redemption Week.
Redemption Week
One week after the roast, we host a follow-up session where each founder demos the ONE thing they fixed. The roaster who delivered the original burn gets the final word: Better? Still bad? Actually good now?
This closes the loop — and separates the founders who can take a hit from the ones who can take a hint.
