We are kicking off AI x Ecommerce Toronto on the last day of Ecom North, the largest Ecommerce conference in Canada. The event is 10 minutes walking distance from the Ecom North Venue.
We are inviting Ecommerce brands to discuss and present their daily issues with:

-Customer Service

The AI experts in the crowd will recommend their solutions.
Schedule:
6pm-6h30pm: Door Open + Networking + Shoutout to Sponsors and Community partners.
6h30-7pm: Brands divided in groups to discuss about their issues and solutions providers can network among themselves. (Pizza will arrive around 6h45pm).
7pm-7h45pm: Each group of brands present their problems, audience will recommend solutions. (This part will be streamed on LinkedIn).
7h45pm-8pm: Networking and wrapping up.
