AI Is Changing Everything. What Should Stay Human?
Something about your work is changing, and you didn't choose it.
Maybe a tool now does something you were good at. Maybe everyone around you sounds certain and you don't. I'm a technologist and a coach, and honestly, I hold most of those feelings in the same week.
Here's what I keep coming back to: AI can play more and more of the instruments. But it can't decide what the music is for. That part is yours. It always has been.
This is a working session, not a lecture. Humans have crossed every big change by making sense of it together — and that's what we'll do. We'll slow down, look honestly at what's changing and what it brings up, remember what has always carried people through change, and find the thing almost nobody makes time for: your own line. What you're willing to hand over. What should stay human. And why.
