​4:30 PM - Doors Open Check in, grab food, and meet the room.

​5:00 PM - Welcome and Context Quick host opening and setup for the night.

​5:10 PM - Presenter 1 A focused 20-minute AI talk or demo.

​5:35 PM - Presenter 2 Another short, high-signal talk from a working builder or team.

​6:00 PM - Presenter 3 A third presentation focused on a real product, workflow, or technical insight.

​6:25 PM - Presenter 4 or Extended Q&A If the fourth speaker slot fills, we use it. Otherwise we convert this block into audience Q&A and discussion.

​6:50 PM - Networking Meet the speakers, compare notes, and keep the conversation going.

​7:30 PM - Wrap Clean finish to the night.
