With international experience across the Netherlands, United States, Brazil, and Türkiye, Mustafa brings a strong perspective on how data and AI are shaping decision-making, investment strategies, and startup ecosystems. He was recognized as one of the 65 global thought leaders in the Data-Driven VC Landscape (2023). At AI Salon Amsterdam, Mustafa will deliver a keynote titled "How VCs Are Adopting AI", sharing how venture capital firms are integrating AI into sourcing, evaluation, and portfolio management, and what this means for founders positioning themselves in an increasingly data-driven funding landscape.

Dasha Simons is an AI ethicist, researcher, and speaker focused on responsible and human-centered AI development. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Video-AI & Ethics, exploring how ethical principles can be embedded into AI systems and applied in practice.
As a Trustworthy AI specialist at IBM, Dasha advises organizations, from operational teams to C-level leadership, on responsible AI governance and implementation. She is also involved in AI ethics governance as a delegate board member and founded the AI Ethicist's Toolbox, an initiative that shares lessons and tools for practice along the way.
At AI Salon Amsterdam, Dasha will deliver a keynote titled "Towards Human-AI alignment" exploring challenges and routes of a practice in the making.
