Lydia Flocchini is a pioneer in highly regulated and vertical AI go-to-market strategy. She brings more than 30 years of experience scaling sales, marketing, and customer success organizations from the ground up as a 2x CMO, GTM operator, and category designer.
Her track record includes launching and scaling category-defining technologies, building GTM functions that contributed to five successful M&A outcomes, growing communities from 20K to 100K+, and creating customer innovation programs that generated significant pipeline growth through referrals and advocacy.
A graduate of the Category Design Academy and GTM Partners Certified Partner, Lydia now helps AI founders unlock millions in revenue through category design, GTM strategy, and storytelling.
