Dorra Mlouhi is a Product Leader at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Product Management instructor, and startup advisor with over 11 years of experience building and scaling digital products across global B2B and B2C markets.
With a background in computer science engineering, she combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking, leadership, and storytelling to solve complex, human-centered challenges. She has held product leadership roles at AWS, Trivago, and Tesco, where she led high-impact initiatives translating advanced technologies into scalable, customer-centric solutions.
Dorra teaches Product Management and Product Leadership across the USA, Europe, and MENA. She taught at Product School, where she was recognized as a top instructor, and she now teaches at Rituals.pm, where she helps elevate product craft and raise the bar for product thinking through practical frameworks, mentorship, and continuous learning. She has coached professionals from leading organizations, including Microsoft, Decathlon, Dell, and Swisscom. As an AI-forward product leader, she brings hands-on experimentation with emerging AI capabilities into her teaching to help teams reimagine how products are designed, built, and delivered.

You will explore practical, real-time workflows using AI tools to transform how you approach market research and competitive analysis. Instead of theory, the session focuses on doing, building and testing workflows that deliver actionable insights.
Participants will work through exercises using Cursor and MCPs (Model Context Protocols) to gather market data, synthesize competitor intelligence, and identify strategic opportunities. You'll see how AI tools can compress hours of research into focused, high-quality output.
The focus is on practical experimentation — giving you the confidence and skills to integrate AI into your product management workflows immediately.
