There are ACX meetup groups all over the world... it’s that time of year again.
Sean and Abi do an incredible job with Applied Rationality Toronto. This is our humble attempt to seed an ACX/LW/Applied Rationality community in Etobicoke.
AI Collective Etobicoke sits at a natural intersection: a community already wired to think carefully about AI is also the community most likely to use the intellectual tools that the Applied Rationality / ACX / LessWrong tradition has spent two decades sharpening.
Bringing that tradition into Etobicoke isn't a detour from AIC's mission. Builders who reason better, update faster, and think in systems are the builders you want working on consequential technology. The crossover makes the chapter more effective and more fun.
At this Not an Official ACX Meetup: Breakfast in Etobicoke event we'll talk AI, priors and pancakes.
