💻 Laptop strongly recommended. We'll be creating free accounts and using AI tools live during the session. A tablet can work in a pinch, but a laptop gives you the best experience. Smartphone-only will limit your participation.

With 40 years of experience as an independent consultant across marketing research, strategy and customer experience design from insights, community and event organization.
Mark has is a serial entrepreneur multiple times. He spent the past several years researching, testing, and integrating AI tools into every part of how he works. He brings both the practitioner's eye and the community builder's instinct to everything he teaches.
