​A curated conversation on women shaping AI in Chicago and beyond

​The AI Collective is hosting an International Women’s Day salon in Edgebrook for a curated group of builders, researchers, creatives, founders, and community leaders to discuss how women are shaping AI, how that work is happening in Chicago, and why representation and feminist AI thinking matter more than ever.

This will be an inclusive, casual, and thoughtful gathering designed for real conversation, local connection, and shared perspective across disciplines. Together, we’ll explore the opportunities and risks of this moment in AI, what leadership looks like in practice, and how more equitable systems get built.

We’re also inviting a small number of featured speakers to share short reflections, stories, or insights with the group.

Parking is easy on the street, and the Edgebrook Metra stop is about a 10-minute walk from the house.

Whether you work in engineering, product, policy, design, research, education, entrepreneurship, or community building, you’re warmly welcome.
