AI in Finance - The Future of Work
AI is reshaping finance. Are you ready for what's next?
AI is already inside the financial industry -- in risk modelling, fraud detection, compliance, trading, and client work. But most of what you hear about it comes from the internet, not from the people actually deploying it. This event brings you the realness up close.
Adapted - AI in Finance event brings together practitioners who work with AI in finance every day for an honest conversation about what's real, and what it means for your career. You will hear candid perspectives from people who see the impact first-hand.
🎤 Speakers:
Heikki Henttu - Head of AI and Technology @ Nordea
Henri Sipilä - Co-founder & CEO @ Control.dev
Harry Nguyen - Group Business Controller FP&A, CFO Office @ Stora Enso
The conversation covers three themes:
AI Now — Where is AI genuinely creating value in finance today, and where does regulation, explainability, or plain reality stop it? What's actually in production versus what's still a pitch deck?
AI Tomorrow — How is AI reshaping finance careers and roles? Which tasks get automated, which become more valuable, and what happens to the traditional finance path? Does the finance jobs, as you imagine it, still exist in three to five years?
Your Move — What should you be learning, building, and getting familiar with now to be the one deploying AI rather than being displaced by it?
