Gregory Sparzo is the founder of The Alternate Future, LLC and author of Humane Hiring and Tragedy & Work, with a forthcoming book, Humane Economics: Repairing Capitalism. He taught in a well-regarded MBA program for over 15 years and brings nearly 30 years of experience in recruiting, executive coaching, and entrepreneurship, with early career roles at GE Capital and Eastman Kodak. He has helped hundreds of job seekers and organizations rethink how work gets matched, blending systems thinking with behavioral insight to champion smarter, fairer hiring.
