About the Event
Artificial Intelligence is redefining healthcare - from diagnostics and decision support to medical education and personalized patient care. This edition of the AI Collective Speaker Series, co-organized by The AI Collective Poland in collaboration with AGH University, focuses on how AI is being implemented in practice: from simulation training and skill development to clinical applications in cardiology.
We’ll explore how technology enhances medical education, supports physicians in diagnosis and treatment, and what it takes to integrate AI responsibly within healthcare systems - including regulatory, ethical, and data-related challenges.
This will be a bilingual event - some talks in English 🇬🇧, others in Polish 🇵🇱.

Adriana leads SimHub by Virmed, a pioneering Polish company developing medical simulation systems for training of healthcare professionals and early-stage medical practitioners. Her work focuses on integrating novel visualization technologies and AI into simulation-based education to improve clinical readiness, safety, and learning outcomes.
Mateusz Kierepka – CEO Kierepka.pl; Investor, BiskuPINN LLC
Mateusz is a technology entrepreneur and MedTech innovator building advanced AI solutions for cardiovascular diagnostics and digital healthcare. At MedApp, he focuses on merging machine learning, imaging, and data analytics to enhance precision medicine and clinical decision-making.
Hubert Borecki - Marketing Manager, SimHub
Hubert is a digital strategist and MedTech marketing specialist with expertise in medical simulation, health innovation, and early-stage technology development. With a medical background and hands-on work with startups, research teams, and clinicians, he helps drive adoption of next-generation healthcare solutions. A graduate of Jagiellonian University Collegium Medicum and an MBA candidate in Healthcare Innovation & Technology at Lazarski University, he has spent the past three years as Marketing Manager at SimHub by Virmed, promoting advanced simulation projects in rehabilitation, interventional cardiology, and 3D printing. He translates AI-enhanced and XR-based technologies into clear value for medical universities and healthcare organizations. As an expert for LifeScience Krakow Cluster, Krakow Miastem Startupów, and COHES.io, he supports digital health strategy development locally and internationally, focusing on innovations that elevate training quality and patient outcomes.
Damian Klimas – Partner, dotlaw
Damian is a legal expert specializing in technology, FinTech, medical regulation, and privacy. As a Partner at dotlaw, he advises high-growth companies and medical organizations on regulatory frameworks, compliance, and safe AI adoption. He is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (CIPP/E, CIPM) and previously chaired the working subgroup for EU-wide contact tracing systems under the eHealth Network (per Implementing Decision 2020/1023).
He served as legal counsel responsible for data protection in the STOP COVID – ProteGO Safe mobile application and is the author of methodologies for safe and legally compliant use of generative AI.
Krzysztof Kosman – CTO, 1000ideas; Co-founder, EdTech Dots
Krzysztof is the CTO at 1000ideas, where he leads engineering and product strategy for AI-driven digital solutions. He also co-founded EdTech Dots, a community and podcast exploring how AI and innovation shape the future of learning and work. With a background in software development and product design, Krzysztof focuses on building practical, human-centered technology and connecting people who want to turn ideas into real impact.
