Most people use Claude as a chat box. Scott shows what else it does: Cowork for handing off longer tasks, Claude Code for building small tools, and the settings that make Claude know your work, such as projects, memory, skills and connectors. You'll see how his small company runs on Claude day to day, a "second brain" that turns saved posts into a map of ideas, and Claude Code building a live board of upcoming Cape launches while he takes your questions. No laptop needed.
The AI Transformation: Why I Started With Myself

Jürgen shows how ACT went from using conversational AI for one-off tasks to connecting it with the work the business runs on every day: email, calendars, service tickets, customer follow-ups and financial information. He'll share what has worked, what hasn't, and what ACT has learned building its own integrations, including a voicemail transcription workflow it's still testing. All examples are sanitized. You'll leave with concrete ideas for your own business and a clearer sense of where human oversight still matters.
