​Alyssa Harvey Dawson, who has held senior roles at Netflix, eBay, and Autodesk, is a seasoned C-suite legal executive with 25+ years’ experience leading governance, risk management, M&A, IP, AI oversight, and privacy at technology and innovation-driven companies; she has also supported governance and compliance at HubSpot. Known for scaling companies and building robust legal and compliance frameworks, she holds a BA in Journalism from Michigan State University and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center.
