​Most organizations have spent the last couple of years getting comfortable with AI chatbots. The next step is a bigger one. AI agents do not just answer questions, they take action, complete tasks and work across systems on your behalf. That shift changes how we build, govern and trust the technology, and it raises real questions about responsibility, control and how teams actually adopt this in daily work.
